Excitement in the air

Today was a good day in the Lord at Tarrant. We welcome Bro. Larry Harper and Katrina Lyles to our Sunday School staff. Bro. Larry is teaching the young adults and Katrina is teaching the teens. Everyone was excited as they gathered in their new class room. Looking forward to the Sundays that are ahead of us.

What an awesome time we had in the Lord today. Excitement was in the air, not only was it beautiful outside, but as the singing filled the sancutary the beauty of the Lord filled the house. Praise the Lord for 2 saved. Let us keep Robert and Jonathan in our prayers as they start their journey out for living for the Lord.

Youth Night Out

The youth/young adults had a blast Friday night with 15 in attendance. The night started at Lightning Strikes Bowling with 11 bowling. We enjoyed pizza and coke during the game. After we had finished bowling we enjoyed a scavenger hunt that turned out to be so much fun. Everyone said they enjoyed the fun and fellowship as they left for home. God bless our people at Tarrant.

New Members & a Powerful Week-end

This morning was a glorious day as 5 people joined the great Church of God. Together Kevin and I gave the covenant to Tara & Savannah Roseberry, Jeff & Michelle Richardson, and Andy McBrayer to become members of the Church of God of Prophecy. We thank the Lord for these precious people.

The Men's Choir ministered to the congregation this morning. We were blessed as they sang unto the Lord. As the natural rain came down on the outside, the Holy Ghost rain poured upon God's children on the inside.

We were blessed to have 11 ladies to attend the 'Prayer Portal Conference' with Donna Howard at the Trinity Worship Center. After service we all enjoyed a delicious lunch that the Trinity ladies had prepared. Not only was the food good, but the fellowship hall was decorated beautiful. All the ladies from Tarrant, Alton, Anniston, East Lake, Odenville and Trinity enjoyed the powerful preaching by Sis. Donna, Sis. Anita and Whitney. God bless you ladies.
