God is awesome! God was in the House! Praise the Lord.
As the doors were open people starting flowing in. We had 69 in Sunday School and 74 in the morning worship. The Spirit was truly in charge from the moment the service was opened. The Holy Spirit moved as the singers, Frank and Daniel, Sister Motes sang. Sister Judy sung a song "Only the Blood" before Bro. Robertson brought the morning message.
Several of the regulars were out, continue to pray for Bill's mom, Sister Sweat, Sister Coline who got sick during the service.
Thanks to the Youth for their hard work yesterday on the road block. We now have enough money to roof the building, to God be the glory.
Be sure to get your October Calendar, many things are going on this month and we want you to be involved.
Love and prayers, Sister Judy

Bill Parsley mother was admitted into the hospital today and had two stints put into one artery.
Please keep her in your prayers. Hopefully she will go home in the morning.

Happy Birthday to Bishop W. E. Robertson.

Shouldn't we pray every time we read the Bible, "Lord, take me deeper into Your Word"? Our time in God's Word is one of the most important aspects of our lives, and it should be covered in prayer.
Every day is a gift, let's open it with prayer.

If you're like me, you don't want to live the kind of life where you are barely hanging on. You don't want to merely eke out an existence, find a way to cope with your misery. or just get by. You want to have the abundant life Jesus spoke of when He said, "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly" (John 10:10).

We were blessed this morning as Sister Motes brought the message. God's anointing filled the house. The altar was filled with different ones seeking the Lord for directions and drawing closer to Him.
Continue to pray for Sister Robertson as she gains her strength. Bro. David and Sister Annette left today to go back to help take care of her son who was in a car wreck. They desires our prayer. The youth will be going on a Fishing Trip this Saturday, please see Bro. Steve for details. Chicken dinner sale this Friday, come early to help prepare the meal.

We give God the praise for keeping His all powerful hand upon Sis. Robertson. Sister Robertson went to the hospital this morning to get a shot in her back to help her as she traveled to her daughter's home over the weekend. While she was getting the shot her pressure dropped to the low 20's and as a result they had to put a pace maker in Sister Robertson's heart. We want to thank the Lord for allowing this to happen in the hospital and not on the road to her daughter's. To God be the glory.
