Tarrant Week-end Happenings

God is so good. The showers of blessings started flowing the moment the Ladies Choir began to sing praises unto the Lord. There was such a sweet spirit in the Sunday morning service and continue onto the evening service.

Saturday's bake sale and yard sale was a success. The proceeds will go toward helping to feed the Tarrant football team and Toys for Tarrant. Thanks to all those who participated and to Shirley Galbreath for making all those delicious desserts.

Twelve ladies are making plans to attend the International Ladies Retreat in Lake Barkley, Ky.

Sunday Morning Worship

It was good to be among church family. We were blessed to have DeAnna, from Faulkville State University, visiting with us. The Men's Choir, directed by Herschell Galbreath, did an outstanding job singing unto the Lord. The message was "Beware, you're fruit is showing". We, as the children of God, must be aware that someone is always watching us.

God has much in store for us as we sing and give Him our praise.

To God be the glory.

A Great Day In The Lord

Hearts were touched as Jami Reno reflected back to what happened 10 years ago. 'REMEMBERING 9-11". Our prayers go out for our country. God Bless America.

What excitement filled the air as God's children sang praises to our Lord Jesus Christ. It was good to have Bro. & Sis. White back with us after their car wreck. We're thankful God's hand was upon them.

Tonight as we met early for prayer, the Holy Spirit filled the sanctuary. God was in the house and continued throughout the evening service. Several were anointed for healing. As the spirit moved we welcomed the Holy Spirit to move upon and enrich us with His love. What a night it was in the Lord.

Steward Bates memorial service will be held Saturday, September 17th, 4 p.m. at Tarrant Church of God of Prophecy. Family and friends are welcome to come and pay their respect.

Please pray for Herschell Galbreath's brother Ed, he had a heart-attack this morning.

Happy Birthday party at the Manor tomorrow, Monday the 12th at 10 a.m.

Come and join us Wednesday for a Holy Ghost service. 5 p.m.
