Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord, what an awesome God we serve. Today was filled with excitement as 78 people gathered to join in the singing and praising the Lord. The ladies prepared a beautiful luncheon with spaghetti, a garden salad and desserts, desserts and desserts. The church celebrated Bro. Robert and Sis. Judy's birthday by presenting them with gifts and a GIANT birthday cake. Also, today all funds went to the building fund and we give God the praise for $531.07.
Remember Pat Moman, Sister Billie's daughter, who is having back surgery Monday. Continue to pray for Sister Betty Sweat.
Saturday night, a total of 24 in attendance, went to Hydrate '08 at McAdory and had a blast.
Everyone was blessed as Gate 29, Short T, Matt Denard and Tim Beck shared the gospel. Thank you guys for going that extra mile for the Youth of Today.

and if you missed it you dont know what, first of all, a blessing you missed through the singing and second, the wonderful food.
come out and see what our youth is doing we are growing as a youth group and as christain and to see these young adult get the blessing of the Holy Ghost is a blessing in itself. but remember we were all in their shoes 5,10,15+ years ago, with the same struggles, maybe some worse, maybe some not as bad. these guys are our future and we have to support them.
